Perhaps the building feels strangely cold, or your taps aren’t producing hot water. Maybe your boiler unit shows a fault code or low pressure on the gauge. Whatever the issue, it will need repair – perhaps even emergency repair. Our Gas Safe-registered heating engineers can quickly visit your home to inspect your boiler, diagnose the problem, and repair it. Our boiler repair service is available to our valued customers by booking online at any time.

After you contact us to explain your boiler problem, we will send one of our patient and courteous heating specialists out to your address. Our knowledgeable engineers have specialist experience in boiler and heating system diagnostics, using specialist calibrated gas and electrical diagnostic equipment. Whilst we can’t guarantee to restore your boiler to working condition on the first callout, we do tend to resolve boiler problems in this way in most cases.

Where we don’t, we could find that the boiler requires a specific part we don’t have with us, but can source for installation on a later visit. We will let you know if this is the case, though we can often rectify many boiler issues by doing something as simple as switching a switch or increasing the boiler pressure.

Labour cost (8am - 5.30pm) = £65 per hour

Labour cost (5.30pm - 10pm) = £99 per hour

plus VAT and the cost of any required parts

Please note that we charge 1 hour's labour to attend any plumbing or heating faults. That hour is used to diagnose the fault and, if possible, make a repair. If we cannot repair the fault within 1 hr, we will, in most cases, give you a quote for labour and materials. Complex issues or those involving access to inaccessible areas during the work may need to be estimated.

For boiler repairs requiring parts, the cost is usually 2 hrs labour plus parts and VAT. In some cases, it may be more or less, but we will agree with you in advance.
